Have a look at my paht chee:

Just by looking at the animals in my earthly branches, you know I am fast and I need action. I can't sit still! See, a rat, a monkey, a tiger and a horse makes up Katherinne Kuan!

Not too long ago, Victory's CEO and I were invited to attend a zoom session about how discovering oneself and shifting mindset can improve one's employability. The speaker spoke about DISC personality types, and immediately Keng Hwee sent me this whatsapp saying he is a "C" personality, and I am an "I" personality.

DICS

According to discprofile.com, "Conscientiousness" places emphasis on quality and accuracy... demand details... often fear being wrong. "Influence" places emphasis on influencing or persuading others... enthusiastic, optimistic... energetic. Yup, sure me! If you read my inspirational website, www.makefengshuiwork.com, I tell my story about how I was forced by circumstances to adapt my personality type from C to D to I to S to D to C and then back to I again! In order to Make Feng Shui Work, one can't keep worrying about how bad things could go, and therefore don't act (hesitate to act) included. To me, the risk of not acting is the biggest and worst risk of all! I explained my reasons why not acting is the biggest risk. Simply put, it is because I am hesitating and stopping, whereas everyone else is hesitating too but they are slowing moving along.

The draft of www.appliedriskmanagement.org was drawn up:

Anthonys idea in the first place

and the first version of it was created. Hooray to the "I" personality types!
